Take the Leap from Good Intention to Board Appointment
Starting on Thursday, the 5th of March 2026, the 6-Week NED Online Program is your structured pathway into non-executive directorships: with weekly live sessions, actionable steps, peer support, and expert coaching, you’ll build momentum, secure applications, and show up confidently in interviews.
By week 4 you’ll be submitting applications; by week 6 you’ll be board-interview ready.
Who is this for?
- Ambitious professionals who want to secure their first board role.
- Current executives looking to add non-executive directorships to their portfolio.
- Anyone frustrated by stalled applications or under-preparation for board interviews.
What You’ll Achieve
- A strong, board-quality portfolio and application materials.
- Confidence to tackle any board interview.
- The clarity to pinpoint and pursue boards that align with your mission, skills, and network.
- Momentum: you’ll go from planning to doing.
Why Now?
- Boards are looking for credible, prepared non-executives and you can be that candidate.
- The program is limited in duration and group size: regular intake only a few times a year.
- The sooner you start, the sooner you make impact: personally, professionally, and in governance.
